MY APPROACH
My coaching approach follows 4 fundamental principles which I can help you implement in your daily life.
1. Set up short terms and long terms goals
Setting up short-term and long-term goals involves defining clear, actionable objectives that guide your progress. Short-term goals provide immediate focus and motivation, while long-term goals outline your broader vision. Together, they create a roadmap for success, ensuring you stay aligned and make consistent strides toward your desired outcomes.

2. Know yourself and others
Everything starts with the basics. Know yourself, your needs, the people you love, and your colleagues. We all have different personalities, and knowing yourself and others will help create a comfortable environment for everyone. To me, it is an essential principle to work on.

3. Stick to your values
When you need a boost, it’s all about taking some time to think about what is important to you and if you are in line with your true values. What matters to you the most, and which values do you want to implement in your daily life?

4. Prioritize your tasks
Prioritizing tasks involves identifying and focusing on the most important activities that align with your goals. By distinguishing between urgent and non-urgent tasks, you can allocate time and resources effectively, reduce stress, and enhance productivity. This strategic approach fosters better decision-making and ensures meaningful progress in your coaching journey.
