Hello Everyone,

I hope you’re doing well and feeling happy!

Today, I want to discuss a topic that has profoundly changed my life, boosted my self-confidence, and supports me daily as an entrepreneur and a dad: **self-knowledge and communication**.

### The Importance of Self-Awareness.

Have you ever met someone and felt an instant connection, while with others, it was much more challenging? Do you sometimes struggle to communicate effectively and feel misunderstood in your daily life?

There are moments when emotions take over, and you might find it hard to react appropriately. Self-knowledge and personal development are long-term projects that require awareness of your own needs and those of others.

As a coach I have a very strong tool called DISC personality types that can help you to take a step back on every situation and communicate effectively with others.

I am always fascinated about this tools who helped so much so many clients already!

### Building Stronger Connections

In my four years as a coach, I’ve found that understanding oneself is essential, not just for my clients but also in my own life as a father, entrepreneur, and individual. We all possess different personality types, which influence how we perceive and react to situations. Recognizing this can enhance our daily interactions.

Also for me, taking responsibility for our emotions is crucial. It’s common to blame others for our feelings or circumstances. Instead, ask yourself: “What emotions does this generate in me, and how can I respond constructively?”

### Tools for Personal Growth

Today, there are numerous ways to work on self-knowledge: coaching, therapy, hypnosis, sports, writing, and support groups. Embrace these tools to understand and manage your emotions better. There are no excuses to not work on ourselves anymore.

### Understanding Stress Responses

Another insights I'd like to share : Let’s explore the "fight, flight, freeze" response, which applies in many situations, especially at work. When faced with stress, our bodies react instinctively:

- **Fight**: This is when we confront problems directly, advocating for our ideas and taking decisive action.
- **Flight**: This response involves avoidance, where we might withdraw from conflicts or responsibilities.
- **Freeze**: This occurs when we feel paralyzed, struggling to make decisions or express our opinions.

Recognizing these responses is vital for developing self-awareness and stress management skills.

### Embracing Challenges as Opportunities

Ultimately, every challenge presents an opportunity for growth. Life guides us down a path for our own advancement.

CONCLUSION : Our challenges are opportunities! Embrace them, work on it and shine !

See you soon!

I've spent over a decade in Asia, initially as a professional football player in France and Hong Kong. In early 2020, I faced personal and work-related challenges, including fertility issues and work-related stress, prompting me to reassess my priorities.

I decided to refocus on what truly mattered to me, quitting football, achieving athletic milestones, and studying psychology. This transformative period led me to become a coach, emphasizing simplicity, sharing, sports, and confidence in my approach. I firmly believe in an individual's potential to achieve their goals with the right mindset and aim to inspire and guide leaders and teams towards success.
